Return and Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final. We only accept returns if we shipped an incorrect item.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email polaparami@gmail.com within 7 days of the shipment date to evaluate your request. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and ensure that your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
If a package is returned to us by USPS due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the client, the client is responsible for paying the shipping fee again for us to reship the package. If the client chooses not to pay the shipping fee, we will not issue a refund but will provide a store credit for the value of the item.
